When
using the MPO sites (MPO Tycoon Club or MPO
Article Vault) please abide by the following Terms Of Use. Take a
moment to review these terms, as - by using these sites - you
automatically agree to these terms. If you prefer to not be bound by
these terms, please do not use any of the MPO sites.
Restrictions
On Use Of MPO Materials
All
materials on the MPO sites - including, but not limited to,
text,
images, trademarks, logos, names, audios, videos, music - are
the
copyrighted intellectual property of Kevin Riley. All rights are
retained by Kevin Riley. With the exception of Article Packs (whose
usage is regulated by the special terms and conditions set out in Terms
Of Use Of Article Packs), no MPO materials may be copied, reproduced,
republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form
or for any purpose, without the written permission of Kevin Riley. Any
attempts to add, delete, distort, or misrepresent any materials on the
MPO sites, or any attempt to defeat or circumvent the MPO sites'
security features, is strictly prohibited.
Terms
Of Use Of Article Packs
All
article packs are private label rights content, which you may alter in
any way to suit your content needs. These articles may be freely
distributed to article submission sites or directories for promotion of
your own blog or website, and may be freely used on any blog or website
that is directly owned or managed by you. Selling the articles, or any
portion of the articles, in the MPO article packs is strictly
prohibited. You also may not transfer your rights of distribution to
any other individuals or organizations.
Submitted
Materials
All
comments, suggestions, feedback, remarks, ideas, or other information
that you submit to Kevin Riley or the MPO sites, via e-mail, submission
forms, posts, or other forms of communication, become and remain the
property of Kevin Riley, who will retain the exclusive rights to such
submissions. This information does not have to be treated as
confidential, and Kevin Riley has the right to publish such information
as he sees fit. The information can be used in any way deemed
appropriate for MPO sites, or other sites owned or managed by Kevin
Riley, without any compensation. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you
hold full responsibility for the accuracy or legality of any
submissions you make. Kevin Riley and the MPO sites will not be held
responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, originality, legality,
or copyright of any submitted materials.
Limited
Liability
Kevin
Riley and the MPO sites will not be liable for any damages or injuries
that result from or accompany your use of any of the MPO sites. This
includes, but is not limited to, any damages or injuries caused by any:
- the use of, or
inability to use, any of the MPO sites
- the use of, or
inability to use, any site that the MPO sites link to
- any errors,
omissions, or defects on any of the MPO sites
- the failure of
any of the MPO sites to perform in the manner which you expected
- the
interruption of availability or delay in operation or transmission of
any MPO site
- the accidental
presence of computer viruses or any line failures
Kevin
Riley and the MPO sites will not be liable for any consequential or
incidental damages, with the exception of certain state laws that do
not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential
or incidental damages. In any event, Kevin Riley and the MPO sites will
not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or claims of any kind
- whether damages are claimed under the terms of a contract,
or are
claimed to have been caused by any negligence or other wrongful doing,
or are claimed under any other legal theory - greater than
the amount
you originally paid for access to the MPO sites.

To Sites Outside MPO
The
MPO sites have a number of links to other websites. Such a link on the
MPO sites does not signify an endorsement of the site linked to, nor
give approval or show agreement with the content on that site. Kevin
Riley and the MPO sites are not responsible for the content or
practices of third party websites.
Termination
Of Agreement
This
agreement on the terms of use of the MPO sites is effective until
terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any
time, by notifying Kevin Riley via the MPO sites. Any MPOs that you
have received up until termination of agreement will remain in your
possession, and may be used to continue your income generating
activities, as long as they are used in accordance with the above Terms
and Restrictions.
Kevin Riley may terminate this agreement with
you at any time, without notice, if it is decided by Kevin Riley that
you have breached any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.
Upon termination of this agreement, any
MPOs that you
have received up until termination of agreement will remain in your
possession, and may be used to continue your income generating
activities, as long as they are used in accordance with the above Terms
and Restrictions.
Kevin Riley is also
entitled to terminate any part of or all of any MPO site at his sole
discretion, without notice.
Jurisdiction
These Terms Of
Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with
the laws of Osaka, Japan, as it applies to such agreements. If a
dispute to this agreement or anything under this agreement, Kevin Riley
reserves the right to try resolving the dispute through a mutually
agreed upon mediator in the jurisdiction of Osaka, Japan, under the
rules of Japanese mediation laws. In the case where mediation proves
impossible, and a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, the dispute
will be submitted to arbitration under the laws of Osaka, Japan.
